1. 10% protein (nuts and legumes Ex. soya)
2. 10% fats (nuts)
3. 50% carbohydrates & vitamins (grains - whole non-refined & fruits)

5. Drink your food and chew your water (masticate well)
6. 2 meals a day are preferable to 3; if eating 3 meals, make the 3rd meal small
