SLOGANS EXPLANATION:
LET GO AND LET GOD
To surrender the will to God is not just a passport to inertia. God's help is
available but we must also do our share. However, if my problems seem to
have no solution at this time, I will let go and let God. He will do it if I
allow Him to act. I then receive peace and learn to relax and nothing seem
as hard as before. By letting go, it takes away the heavy load from my
shoulders and allows me to breathe normally again.
If I find it difficult to let go, perhaps it is that I believe I am the only
one who can solve my problems. God's help is always near as long as I give
Him room in my life, as suggested in the third and eleventh steps. I should
always be ready to accept His directions. "In all your ways acknowledge Him
and He shall direct your paths." Proverbs 3:6.
